Since 2000, Gehlen Catholic School and Primebank have joined
forces to generate funds to provide tuition assistance for
families who wish to provide a Catholic education for their
children. Again this year, Primebank has contributed a portion
of the sales generated from the Primebank, Gehlen Visa Card to
Gehlen Catholic School.
On February 8, 2007, Primebank President & CEO, Matt Ahlers
('79) & Assistant Cashier & Customer Service Representative, Kelli Langel, presented a check for over $3,300 to Gehlen
Catholic Principals, Mr. Jeff Alesch & Mrs. Lorie Nussbaum. That
check represented a contribution by Primebank to Gehlen Catholic
School based on a percentage of total purchases made with the
Primebank, Gehlen Catholic Visa Card. Primebank, through its
Gehlen Catholic Visa Card promotion has provided more than
$15,000 for Gehlen Catholic since 2000.
Each time a cardholder uses their Gehlen Catholic Visa Card,
Primebank donates a percentage of the sale to the school. The
program is a great way for consumers to provide financial
support to Gehlen Catholic by doing nothing more than using
their Gehlen Visa Card to pay for items they would normally buy
anyway.
"Primebank takes great pride in its commitment to support our
community, particularly as it applies to providing educational
opportunities in LeMars. We are very pleased to offer the Gehlen
Catholic Visa Card program and the funding it has generated for
Gehlen Catholic School," said Ahlers.
If you are interested in participating in this program, please
contact Primebank in person or by telephone at (712) 546-4175.
You can provide needed assistance to families who wish to
provide a Catholic education by doing nothing more than choosing
to make purchases using your Gehlen Visa Card!
