Eight Gehlen Catholic Vocalists Chosen for NW Honor Honor Choir

Northwest Iowa Honor Choir Members

The Gehlen Catholic High School choir is made up of 57 students in grades 9-12.  It is a non-audition group that performs for concerts, masses and special events throughout the year.  Students compete in a wide variety of events at the state solo/ensemble contest in the spring.  Soloists, along with those in duets, triple trios, and the Chamber Choir have consistently done well at this event.

Guest director for the 7th and 8th Grade Boy's Opus Honor Choir will be Robert Barry. Guest director for the 5th and 6th Grade Elementary Opus Honor Choir will be Kristen Stanton. Triad A V Services from Des Moines will be professionally recording the concert with order blanks available at that time.

Tickets for the concert may be purchased starting Monday, November 5th at 10 a.m. from Ticketmaster.
