In Prayer and Thanksgiving
We ask that you join us in remembering the following individuals and their families in your prayers, including those who have entered into eternal rest, the sick, unborn children, less fortunate of the world, service men and women, and those intentions we hold in our hearts.
- Carolyn Bickford's mother - cancer
- Ann Ginter's niece - cancer
- John Holton ('79) - cancer. The treatments are done. "Thank you all for the prayers."
- Judy Freking ('89) - "Thanks to everyone for praying for me. I have had nothing but good results and I firmly believe that the prayers worked. I do not have cancer. Everything looks very promising."
- Beau Langel ('99) - ALS
- James Langel ('02) was in a car accident on October 23, 2008. He is hospitalized with numerous fractured bones.
- Danny Pick was in a tractor/semi accident October 7, 2008. He is home and doing better. Danny is our JV assistant coach for basketball and our head freshman coach. Danny's wife is Rebecca (Ruden, '01).
- Tony Ruhland, Sr. was hospitalized on November 16, 2008, with a tear in his esophagus.
- Marita Shearon (mother of graduates Linda, Patrick, Thomas, & Judy) - a fifth surgery in September 2008
- Grandmother of Michelle ('98), Jacob ('01) & Scott ('03) Tillman - cancer

- Dear Gehlen Family, Thank you for the great raking crew that came to my house this morning. They were the polite, hard working teens that I have always come to expect from Gehlen. Please continue to keep me in your prayers as I will all of you. Gratefully, Audra (Kipp, '56) Moir
